    DFS is as expected.. the key is how quickly can the mgmt get OT & funding sorted... they need an OT - binding agreement rather quickly, any delay in OT will be perceived negatively... they have been giving statements for ever about "...OT after dfs".. well dfs is out now its time to act - no time to waste...
