Good to know - this then is their benchmark ... assume (?) Pierre gas is equivalent? "The gas quality produced by the Niobrara is high quality - about 1200MMBTU. It’s about 90% methane and contains some heavy gases - propane, butane, hexane. There is no CO2 or H2S."
CIG specs for accepting gas (you can look this up ... Section 3 Quality begins page 226 FERC Tariff Agmt) "... Shipper warrants that all Gas Tendered will have a Gross Heating Value of not more than 1,235 Btu's nor less than 968 Btu's per cubic foot at a pressure of 14.73 p.s.i.a. and a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit."
On that most basic of just BTU information they should pass. Should read "Section 4 - Requests for Service" which will give you insight as the what FPL must do to get onto CIG.
Re GPA etc. that is "new news" wrt to trucking and bankruptcy. You can check past releases yourself. Nice to know (finally) what happened.
