Looking at AKK's technicals on the MACD and relative strength index a technical trader would be interested.

Additionally, all you need is a stock picker to announce to its holders to buy or a positive news story (like the one which helped to create a 15m volume movement last week and you have the ingredients to shift a SP upwards.

The OPEC event in Sept could also greatly assist AKK's SP if OPEC announces a cutback on oil production. Personally I believe a nice oil crash back down to sub $40 before Sept meeting could give OPEC the push it requires to start a price fixing regime.
