UCW listed on March 2016 from the shell of UnderCoverWear.
UCW has a number of directors who are highly experienced in the education sector including Adam Davis former CEO of ASX listed Tribeca Learning acquired by Kaplan in 2006.
Also on the board is Peter Mobbs who is the group CEO of education group Scientia, a private equity backed merger between Australian Institute of Management and Ivy College and who previously held senior positions with Study Group and Martin College.
The new entity’s first acquisition was Australian Learning Group which had cash receipts of $5.2 million and profit after tax of 781K for the year ending 30/06/14.
UCW Limited cash receipts for year ending 2017 were $10.4 million and for first nine months of 2018 year were $9.4 million.
Like Redhill, UCW has invested in increased student capacity which does not have an immediate financial benefit, but which should bear fruit over the next twelve months.
Redhill’s share price has gone absolutely ballistic since the benefits of its increased capacity have become apparent.
I would like to see Microcap funds having a look at and investing in UCW which is currently very thinly traded.

Yep I'm in for a few. Nice clean structure with increasing cash receipts and student numbers up 37% on PCP all for an EV of approx. $10 million. Certainly flying under the radar.
