Charming words from the chief LPE pumper. Fair dinkum, you bask in an LPE customer's loss due to poor LPE processes?

The articles and the FB page are all from the 1st week of January. You seem to lack attention to detail: Mr. Loot says $8k would cover 5 months of electricity. He didn't make a claim after 5 months, the story refers to being pre-Christmas. So it seems within the weeks since the incident, he has tried to sort out the issue.

Your ANZ account story is hardly a similar case to when a supplier just raids your account for $8k and admits a stuff up and partially refunds [admittance of a stuff up by LPE from this act alone]. It would be more akin to ANZ taking out a chunk of money from your account based on a computer glitch. Would you be sucking it up then?


Apologies to all other holders who may be deep in the red at 1.9c. But posts like the above, dismissing a small business owner's loss, through no fault of his own other than choosing a location under LPE's energy management, is very poor form, imo.

PS: I'd ask for your post to be removed; not because you were a goose but you have trashed Mr. Loot by inferring he mismanages his business and may be seeking to defraud LPE with a baseless claim. Wow!
