I have just received a reply and copy the relevant section below. It seems a reasonable position so happy now, as the 16 weeks remains the target and expectation
LPE maintain a 16 week conversion rate average for an embedded network.
Averages are funny things we have a lot which are done in one 4 weeks and others that take 40.
We work hard to expedite all work, but are at the behest of body corporate and developer/build processes for the most part, yet still maintain an average of 16 weeks for the delivery times that LPE control.
