    I got a little annoyed at the lack of disclosure regarding the loan, so I sent off quite a few emails to the company. I eventually sent an email to the chairman due to lack of response and copied the Fairfax news desk in. I received a letter detailing the terms as stated. I really don't know why the info was'nt released to the market, but I do have it in a signed letter.
