Sad really. Was once a fantastic opportunity - but it once again demonstrates just how a Government's intervention can literally bugger the business opportunity with the stroke of a pen.
They want 16% of the Capital and up to 50% of the shares - but what expertise (or other value) were they bringing to the table? We all know that answer.
I'd be selling CXX's interest to Tremont (or some other mug) and moving on....certainly wouldn't be spending any more capital in Tanzania - or like places! Lesson learnt.
