"Oil production was marginally down compared to the prior quarter largely on natural field decline".
Marginal or not, new gas and oil is not yet offsetting existing field decline. Will it ever replace or overtake field decline and if so when? Seems to be the elephant in the room that no one wants to mention. Certainly no one wants to put a date on it.
