Buy and forever hold won't work with unproven small caps IMO because possibly only 1 in 20 ever make to be an Appen.
Half of them could go down EDE or AXP way , great in PowerPoint slides and the rest could just muddle through.
When there's profit to be taken, you'd just have to take it or take some. Drop buy back , repeat until and unless your belief in the stock is no longer warranted.
