Painfully slow but think we are just about at starting gate, possibly 50% downside if nothing there and if they get what all the neighbours have and chances look reasonable then I think 1000% return probable.
Has management in place, have the right geo and have a good register and corporates behind it
Risk reward is too good not to be in here
