One point I have been considering and two other ABV posters have touched on it over time is the risk, concern over dilution of shares.
The majority of us current shareholders would have brought on the market.
Any mechanism that risks dilution of shares is always a concern, albeit the ability of the company to source necessary capital is also a valid requirement to explore all options obviously.
I note with interest that the recent ABV release details the debt financing arrangements in place - two thumbs up from me for this approach.
I think it is good for all current shareholders that at this point it appears steps have been taken to minimize any share dilution in this stage of development when funds are required.
The new director on the board, if he has any confidence in the product would also be reasonably expected to accumulate shares which is fair enough so it will be interesting to see in the future how any larger parcels of shares may be managed or further funding sought after this current stage.
Any thoughts or opinions?
