Risco has extended the offer until 4 July by which time we should know whether Tap has success at Manora.
If unsuccessful Risco might pick up shares at 7cents but on good news if Risco wants control the deal would have to be around 15 - 20cents.
There is a strategy in play which will become more obvious soon.
