It's all about perceptions, in this case... No news is bad news. Holders had been expecting an update by the end of 2018, it didn't come and so the jittery get the jitters as each week passes. Combine that with a a a general market recovery at the moment and many will move their cash to stocks with more certainty (assuming there is a recovery). If we don't hear anything by the end of next week we are back at 7c.... The climb is always slow the decent much faster.
