Yes, it is frustrating trying to work out the takeaway from a Manalto ann. The actual contract appears to be worth about $4,750 a month (190 x $25 a month). Maybe I'm missing something. Then there are 'plans' for 6 more brands for an addressable market of eventually perhaps 2,100 units, with a best case scenario of about $52k a month. Maybe.
The 5,000 trial looks promising, but the slow/low conversion rate for 142,000 trials is troubling. The good part of that is that if the board and management are right and that it's due to the level of rigour within the procurement process that means that once a customer comes on board they should stay on board. The bad part of the conversion rate is it may indicate that the either the Manalto software has strong competition or there is negative feedback about using it from the marketing or social media pros in companies trialing the product.
