Hi EMark - many question marks here;
- Tartana was to raise a minimum of A$1.5M - has this occurred yet ?
- In SDV announcement on 14th Nov they said "Tartana successfully raises working capital and settles acquisition of the Tartana project" How much did they raise ? A$1.5M ?
- Tartana may be having troubles raising cash or finding J/Vs for their Queensland operations. Avira Energy (AVW) announced last month they were unable to raise cash of A$1M for a Q J/V with Tartana and were not proceeding further. Where does this leave Tartana ? Can they do it alone ? Was this A$1M to be part of Tartana's A$1.5M capital raising ?
- How are TRL progressing with an ASX listing ? Still to proceed ? SDV shareholders are said to be receiving an in specie distribution of TRL shares when/if this occurs
- Any sign of the 1st $250K payment from TRL to SDV yet ?
-and what progress/decisions have been reached in regards to North America market entry, trial of the Opti Flox system at a Queensland coal business and waiting on a decision for installation of same at a Vic dairy operation ?
Too many unanswered questions here, hence the reason for the decreasing share price.
Will the Zeehan deal with TRL proceed ? Could be back to square 1
Anyway the next 6 months will make or break SDV in my humble opinion
