Thank you Alltypes, for your thoughtful and informed post. You left the company around the time I picked it up. Are you pleased with the way your legacy has been managed since then?

I've always considered this to be a little gem in my portfolio, and one of the best-kept secrets on the market. Debt-free, well-managed, consistently profitable, strong cash flow and generous dividends. There are a lot of things about the way this company is managed that I would definitely not want to see change.

But that doesn't mean that nothing should change. The marketplace appears to be changing from a fairly predictable flow-of-business model to a more intermittent project-based model. And the world is also a different place to what it was when Korvest started. It's good to see the board and management looking for ways to respond to those changes.
