Attracting investors is not what I perceive, less shares around make it harder to trade (Less liquidity). Its to do with these greedy B'ds creating a low base of shares in which they can raise more capital "at a discount" thus again starting the dilution train once again.
Seen it many times Junior minors, there only interest is to keep the wheels turning to pay there Salaries.
This has turned out to be one of the worst penny dreadful stock on the Market.
They ask us to vote but the owner has 80% , is that democratic? In my view this company does not even meet the ASX rules requirements.
