I'm quite excited about this one. Reckon it could follow the same trajectory as 1PG i.e. foreign company backdoor listing, comfortably raising necessary funds and doubling by the time it re-lists. The team is hugely impressive too, let's not forget Shashi has done this before and managed to sell his previous company to HTC.
To me the app acquisition sounds like it'll be something along the lines of Spotify meets Tinder. Definitely going to be keeping a close eye on this one.
