I completely understand your point yes it would be nice if they worked for free and they only took incentive bonuses. It would be nice if IS lay down there arms, it would be nice if Muslims and Jews loved each other and it would be nice if Mr heffner lent me his play boy mansion. My point is in this world his wage is very reasonable and the bonuses are great for us all. And he's already buying on market with his own money which most M.D.s don't. Where past engineering now we need the heavy weight corporate experience to close the deals which he has a fabulous reputation. The big SA boys that have so far put up 30 mill of there own money don't give out free meal tickets.
