A lot of effort went into that last effort to upgrade the board, but the issue of 90 odd million new shares at a 20% discount (which would have been approved by the Board as a whole) allowed him to survive by about one million votes. I cannot see the shareholders being able to repeat those efforts again, at least not in the short term. We have a new Chairman, supposedly independent and hopefully is independent, so that may improve things.
