This major deposit comes up first when searching Google - 550MT reserve at 42% Fe Content - this is close to Balla Balla's Fe Content

This province is not far from a regional city called Vinh (I lived/worked near here about 15 years ago) which has a bit of industry. The location of this Thach Khe province appears close to a bay so may be well suited for bulk materials handling. Alternatively with Vinh only 50km away this could be another option.

Like India, Vietnam's domestic Iron Ore industry seems to have a number of issues. One in particular is keeping enough in country for domestic consumption with the Viet Govt putting high export tariffs on IO a number of year ago.

Have to wonder, and I'd love to be proven right here, if the TNG team in the background are doing some serious market research & have identified countries where their domestic Iron Ore industry has significant potential, a massive market, but a myriad of issues which a turn key, guaranteed TIVAN processing plant has the potential to solve.
It looks like that for India & a cursory look at Vietnam's Iron Ore/Steel making industry seems to be headed down the same road.
