The project is still a major positive in my opinion. But leadership is lacking capabilities which now would be needed . Bad management can run a great project into the ground but good management can bring a mediocre project into fruition. It will be interesting to see if yesterday were only some shenanigans, maybe even a shaking of the tree with some fear injection begore a major move or something more serious.
