The real unknown for me is how the company will be structured for raising capital. They've always talked about 'company level' and 'project level' funding.

While the sp is low, it is might be that we get heavily diluted, or JV, on the project equity (enigma mining or whatever) but keep the Tivan tech out of that. We are after all a 'technology company'. What's might be the value of TIVAN alone once the first plant is up?
