I'm concerned that with the revolving door, each new leader has their own plan and want to bring their own people in. The people who have been there from the beginning and starting to leave or just waiting to exercise their options. It is no easy feat getting all these acquisitions in line and streamlined. I still have hopes for this long term and am wanting to top up if it drops a bit more as I'm already heavily involved. Getting a bit worried and a bit disappointed in myself that I didn't see these struggles coming as I've experienced similar troubles at a company I used to work for recently.
