Ebert's the fall guy for the disastrous 2018 results. They obviously couldn't afford to pay him out and just moved him to the dairy job plus their senior positions are like a revolving door giving no confidence in the company. The real problem for the business is the Chairman but theres no getting rid of him with the way the business is structured.
