Bit of info about the new MOX MANAGEMENT.
(miningweekly.com) – Gold-miner Ramelius Resources has appointed Ian Gordon as its MD.
Gordon joined Ramelius in 2007 as COO and was subsequently appointed to the board as an executive director. In 2009, he was appointed CEO when the company’s inaugural MD Joe Houldsworth retired as an executive.
During the past year, Gordon has overseen the development of Ramelius’ Wattle Dam underground gold mine, in Western Australia, as well as the acquisition of the Mount Magnet gold project.
Gordon’s appointment followed Ramelius’ first-quarter production results, in which the miner reported that it had achieved a record gold production of 29 924 oz.
The company also produced a record milled gold production of 25 243 oz for the first quarter of financial year, which was 4,6% higher than the 24 133 oz produced in the June quarter.
