I'm sure it will be a step down in pay for JK - that's surely a given. I'm not really sure it's an 'upstairs' job either. That's a bit misleading. I think its more of a retirement plan.
There was very little mentioned in the announcement about the CSG resource - but we've got CSG boys at the helm now!!! How good.
