    You say someone was buying in the last couple of weeks !!!!
    My question is why would you?.. When this consolidation takes effect , you can buy at 3.5 cents (30% discount) compared to the last couple of weeks...Hence thats why there is no buyers in the queue now..and probably wont be until after this consolidation is ratified..
