frank, Verus is just an empty shell right now. Its only value is that it is an ASX listed company, which is costly to create from new. So the new owners are letting you retain some value in exchange for saving a few hundred thousand in fees and several months in time. Even the major shareholders would lose everything if this restructure didn't take place.
