what they haven't said is if the other part of the capital raising was taken up by anybody or not? this is quite an important announcement hence investor frustration. its not that hard to keep people informed, its fundamental flow of company information. these people seem to think that they can release dribs and drabs, I don't see them being shy when there asking us for more of our money to drill another hole in the ground, without any oil in it. we can cross our fingers now and hope that the French lease is granted and we find something to at least get this thing up to 10 cents again, wonder how many of us will bail then? after all these years enough is enough, come on company speak to us long suffering shareholders with something decent for a change. good luck to all of us.
