Yes we do need capital to kick France off (if we get the licence as Jemster has pointed out), as well explore further around Cebu, but I'm sure that won't happen until we can prove that M1 has a sale contract to attract investor confidence. Income will produce investors.
It's a delicate circle and needs things to happen in sequence for it to fall together.

As for retirees, I would rather have their interest in trying to feather their retirement, rather than some inexperienced spend thrift young bucks !
If your preparing for retirement the last thing you need is an investment to go belly up.....

I'm more than happy to be proved wrong about my outlook.....
