That's why previously I posted PEX should sell T1 (only T1 part not MB) for several millions. Than use that fund to drill Wagga Tank, Fenceline and Southern Night with 6 rigs running 24/7 (since we are 100% own that project); 2 on each site.
We don't need to get finance and build a mine at T1. We can focus 100% on Wagga Tank, Fenceline and Sth Night and get to 1 mt of zinc quickly. This will boost share price to say $2, than easy to get finance and major miners might be interested.
