re: Ann: MAK: Update on Takeover Offer for Bo... Aha. I see that MAK have picked up that UCL made no statement about removing defeating conditions. I would have thought that various UCL announcements covered the requirements anyway eg announcement that no longer seeking outright control.

Doesn't sound likely to change the outcome in the end but MAK are using it to try to pitch for the shares already gone to UCL. Hard to imagine that many would reverse having made a deliberate choice to reject MAK but you never know.
