I do think you're being a little harsh. This data analytics stuff will take a bit of time for some to digest/catch on. But if the pricing for SME's is competitive, I think they'll catch on and sign up.

I remember trying to sell email and webpages to small businesses in Perth c1997. People were very interested and wanted an education, but didn't see the need back then. How things have changed.
