Brilliant announcement. Largest ever contract win to date. On top of receiving a big chunk of cashflow to plug the cashburn, they've now got a better story to sell to investors in the event that they need to raise capital (translates to lower risk of dilution at ultra low share prices) . And they've got the genuine prospect of more contracts of this kind to come, from other M.E. governments. Massive share price gains today well deserved.
