    This guys are soooo comical
    Note the 16m USD calc has a discount rate of zero
    Using the standard 10% which they so in the other table this drops to 7m USD which includes the gas

    Ofcourse the NPV which assumes the driling of 40 wells doesn't talk about where the 20m-25 m USD to drill will come from , and ofcourse the 30-40 AUD in corp costs
