It's the same handful of sellers that are legacy holders that have come out every announcement to push the stock down. Either they don't read the news or just don't care.......perhaps they have an axe to grind. They now speak for less than 2m shares. Once they're out then they can't hurt PXX with their low volume selling strategy. I expect that they'll be gone early the next campaign if not before.
