Not yet, what we have been told by the government is that that Joyce is definetely on the list and there will be a new list announced "On or before the 12th of December" on the govt website. The last (out of date) list is here https://www.mndm.gov.on.ca/en/news/mines-and-minerals/exploration-plans-and-permits-table and this gets refreshed then

So .  we can be certain that they will be giving us an announcement before 12th of December unless the permit isnt approved . . . and given it's Canada there is no real reason it wont be approved.

So . . basically a week from now ish tops, possibly sooner we will get the announcement that drilling can start immediately not imminently
