    Well it did go down to .024 in July I think ... then rose around the time of conferences in early August and dwindled since.

    Charts show on 24 August RSI went low and oversold but on low volume. Outlook now is MACD crossed over to buy on 24th, still holding, low volume and RSI is up from 10% to 60%

    Dare say it got caught up in the political BS. Just my 2 cents worth.
