I had a look at the ASX recent advisory on Miner's announcing cores. the note from earlier this year says basically says "try not speculate announce potential thicknesses, grades and WTF is in the actual rock until you have assays so you dont cause idiots like cats to go in hard and come a duster"

what I also found interesting was the bit which said "if you have the grades already it's totally ok to wait whilst you do a memo up and take it to the board and get it approved as long as you are across any leaks you muppets" . . eg, there's gunna be leaks so lodge a halt
