Cos, the rest of the money owed to cv4 is due by the end of the year. The battery factory in NY needs to be unpacked and put back together and remodeled to purpose, tested to make sure the plant works properly. These things ideally need to be done soon. Why because the quicker the plant is in production the better for shareholders. So far mns has provided all the money, why would cv4 sell a stake in its business if it had the money to pay for it's 50% of the business. There would be no need to sell itself. The timeline all matches when money was due. Is that coincidence? Or planning.
Hence why I say 3 quarters for cash.
Do I believe mns is a good investment long term. Absolutely. But it's hard to put your hard earned down if you have doubts on execution. My head says wait and aviod a bit, my heart says this is a good thing?
