ridiculous comparison - and yet there are numerous where the investments have turned into cashcows - so why not look at them (oh that's right doesn't fit in with your claims))

anyhow IMO they would have done their due diligence and I would say it has been over some time and not the three day period just ended. this has been referred to in a couple of ANN's by management so it has been a long time coming and lets face it - if the due diligence did not stack up then they would have either put in a smaller amount with no seat on the board or just looked elsewhere.
