An officeholder that was on the books at the 30th June 2018 has either resigned or left the company. FACT

I don't give a fig that they haven't updated their website, but what I do care about is announcements to shareholders via the ASX and they have not done that (again just to be clear, someone left on at least the 5th of Nov - FACT).

It seems strange that they deem it price sensitive to announce Marc's appointment, but not even make any announcement on who has left and as a shareholder you should also be querying why the company would do this.
