There is a chance these guys won’t raise the cash, they have pitched it at 20 cents thinking it would be a shoe in at 35% discount to the last price, which was  manipulated higher before the trading halt. Prior to that pump we were trading at 24 cents and heading in one direction, down. 
Since Laura has arrived the stock has lost 80% of its value. 80%!! I didn’t think that was possible for a food company. Crypto yes, speck mining yes, but dairy produce?? Really. The companies who have focused on China are making millions, yet we keep plodding on with a 22 million people market?? The worse thing about this is Laura was part of an outfit who make 90% of their revenue from China?? Yet we are completely ignoring 1.3 billion people market??
im sure most investors thought the same as me unless she reveals a business plan for China soon I doubt they will raise the cash
