You might also be forgetting the fact that she has all the leveraged upside and NONE of the downside if things go pear-shaped. She got given all the options/shares she currently has!!
Oh and if things do go south then i'll bet my bottom dollar that she'll just jump ship, like she did at BAL, and start another well paid gig. I'm sure you've been enjoying the ride south so far. FYI I was a former holder and chose to jump ship around $0.50c.
