It looks Pershing was a lead broker for last CR, and they sold 23.5M of their options in market. I figured out, CPS didn't sell single options, and this make me confident they didn't sell that much shares as well.
Imo, they are waiting for big pump.
why SP comes down that much, because Pershing sold her shares from IPO to force CR shares to out from pocket before any rise.
