Also still at a signif discount to NTA. Highly opportunistic buying given across the board REIT price:valuation discounts and lower asset valuations than will be realised in 3-5 years time. MacQ clipping the ticket by brokering the deal, and by getting $1 for 70c whilst attention is diverted to other sectors.
I'll be holding out with my tiny tiny parcel - a quality basket of assets with real income/rental streams and high capital valuations to be achieved in next 5 years. I've got it - they see value and want it - why would I give it up for a song?
