I am a happy customer and shareholder of this company and have always booked my travel through them. Although there is quite a bit of talk that new generation do it online and they don't use traditional agents. However if you do your research carefully you may find no matter how you try online it's not easy to beat them. And hence I normally do my research and ask FLT to beat it or match it and almost all the time they have beat the price with better deal. In fact, in the case of packages they are even more competitive as they have a better bargaining power then an individual customer.. Anyway I see it as a very robust business with a good future provided they keep updating themselves as they have done in the past... Anyway i am a happy holder with short to medium term SP target of about 38 and then 45..all IMO.
