Area is known for vast reserve of Rare Earth, Gold, Mn and Uranium. Geologically area is perfect for mining.
If we trust the report(which is from an Independent Consultant) then I will say fair chance of finding REE.
I know it is a high risk investment but they they find rare earth deposit depth of around 400 meters plus then opening price will be different than closing price by a factor.
It is a calculated risk.
